Serene Family Home
Welcome to the Serene Modern Home! This ranch-style home was originally built in 1960. The house is in the Suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia, consisting of 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
When we purchased the home in 2021, it had a fair amount of updates to the kitchen and bathroom, so it did not require much work. The house had beautifully refinished hardware floors throughout, modern light fixtures, updated cabinetry, and a granite countertop. It was basically move-in ready.
However, we eventually upgraded all the electrical throughout the house, got a brand new hot water heater, and updated some of the plumbing.
Today, the house is a vacation rental.
