Sometimes, we all need a simple way to unwind, and a stress ball can be just the thing. Originally designed to help people cope with anxiety, squeezing a stress ball offers a hands-on way to release built-up tension. It’s a small but effective tool for calming the mind and providing a moment of relief.

Stress balls are soft, squishy, and designed to help manage stress by giving you a physical outlet for nervous energy. So, why not make your own DIY stress ball? It’s incredibly easy, and once you try it, you’ll wonder why you haven’t made one sooner. Here’s a simple guide to get started on your own DIY stress ball!
