A few days later, the company rescheduled and told him to expect them at 8 a.m. He once again adjusted his schedule and stayed home, only for them to no-show a second time without notice.

Frustrated, he revoked their blanket permission to access his property and told them they would now need to request entry on a case-by-case basis with at least 72 hours’ notice. When a representative from the company eventually came by with the neighbor, the homeowner says his concerns were dismissed, and he was told he was being “silly” and needed to “chill out.” That response only made things worse, and he ultimately revoked permission for that company entirely.
