Dried Beans

Dried beans can last for years when stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. While older beans may take a little longer to soften when cooking, they remain safe and nutritious long past their purchase date.

Honey

Pure honey is famous for its almost endless shelf life. Thanks to its natural sugar content and low moisture, it is resistant to bacteria and spoilage. If it crystallizes, simply warm the jar gently; it’s still perfectly good.

Pure Maple Syrup (Unopened)
