Most of us have things we keep holding onto, even when we know they’re no longer serving us. Not because they’re useful or meaningful, but because letting go takes a little more effort than keeping them.
Over time, those things start to blend into the background. They don’t feel urgent, but they do take up space, in drawers, on counters, and in the back of our minds. And even if we don’t consciously think about them, we feel their presence.
This weekend doesn’t have to be about a major purge or a complete reset. It can just be about noticing what you’re ready to move on from and actually doing it.
